Welding and fabrication for production

(upbeat music) - Today I'm at Carly Suspension and we're getting ready to weld these suspension components together. I've already selected some parts that have been laser cut and formed out of the stock over here. I'm going to grab the last of these parts, throw them on the table here. Let's go ahead and build this fixture the way it's set up for the weld shop. Alright, I'm going to grab this part here, take these components here, this guy flips over here, gets put on. We'll grab a couple of these bolts. Put it in. We'll have to tighten this up, but let's head over to the weld shop here and start putting this stuff together. You can see behind me here we've got the weld fixture. We're going to take this weld fixture, we're going to take it over the table, we're going to start tacking this together. When we're done tacking these parts, we're going to end up with something that looks like this. You can see the small tack welds that are all around this part, but it's not completely…
