Sweep along Guide
- [Narrator] Here I want to talk about a tool called sweep along a guide. Now under the surfacing tab, I go into the surface gallery, here, under more, and I'm going to specify sweep along guide. Now the way this works is you have the ability to pick one section, and then one guide curve, come in, select your guide, and as you can see, it takes that section and sweeps it along that guide curve. Now you have the ability to obviously go around corners, and I'm going to undo that, hide that, and I'm gonna show sketch 002, and I'm gonna go back into sweep along a guide, pick my profile, pick my guide, and you can go around sharp corners, not just filleted corners. As you can see, it creates a nice, sharp corner. Now there are a couple of limitations with sweep along a guide. Just to show you what those are, let me go ahead and undo this.
