Saving scenes at key times of day and year
- [Instructor] Now, let's save a few scenes representing the sunlight and shadow at different times of year, specifically, let's examine the solstices, both in the morning and in the afternoon. Let's zoom in over here on this block where we have this staircase, and then let's open up the Shadows window and toggle on shadow casting up here. Let's first examine what it looks like during summer solstice, so that would be on June 21st. What would it look like in the morning? Let's see. I'll just drag this over and you can see the shadows are moving. Let's say that the cafe would open around 7 a.m., so we want to capture this moment. Let's now go up to Window, Scenes, and if I try to save a scene, we get this warning, and this is happening because there's a style issue, so let's cancel and open up Styles as well. Right now, you'll see this arrow icon superimposed over the style icon, and if you click this symbol, it will update the style with the changes. Once that's done, you can save a…
