- [Narrator] BIM 360 Document Management has a great way of extracting sheets directly from a Revit bottle. Once it does that, it actually hyperlinks all of the links we would get. For example, if I go to maybe one sheet that I have, it opens up but now we can kind of browse through each sheet that we have. On my next document... Now if we notice that we have a bunch of bubbles, but if I zoom in on them, any referring item can open up the sheet that's it referring to. So for example this call out, if I just hover over it, it shows me where it is but if I click it, I'm able to hyperlink right to it. To set that up is a little more difficult though. So I'm going to swing around to Revit. Before we can get that to work, we need to manage our publish settings in our model. Open up the model that you have shared with the Cloud, go to publish settings, we can have any number of items. I'm going to create a new set. I'll call it... 360... docs. I'll hit okay.
