- How do you see contracts changing, how do you anticipate technology's going to change some of these rules and some of the expectations of owners? - I'm hoping it's going to because if we can change some of the contract stipulations we have in the old school delivery methods, I think we can solve things a lot of things like specifically in the payment problems that we have in the construction industry. Good subcontractors don't go out of business because they can't perform the work, they go out of business because they can't afford the cash flow. And so much of that is baked into our traditional process of processing payments and how people get paid and the 30, 60, 90 days that it takes to get people paid sometimes. So I think with contracts changing to adopt some of this technology and adopt some of the automatic data collection. If we could cut down on the amount of time it takes for people to pay subcontractors and suppliers I think manpower would be more readily available I think…
