Industry degrees
- [Instructor] Getting a degree in your industry, such as architecture or engineering, or civil engineering, or a wide variety of other degrees is actually one of the best ways to get in the BIM management. Now, those industry degrees often are industry focused. Meaning that you'll get a good solid background in that industry that you want to perform BIM management in. Also, you'll learn the software that most people are required to know when they first enter the field, when you go through that degree program. But more importantly than all of that, it's that when you get an industry degree you'll begin to be exposed to the various processes related to that industry. And process is one of the most important things about BIM and BIM management. Understanding who does what on a project. What processes take place in order to do that architecture or that engineering.
