Green Globes overview

- Jobs by the Green Building Initiative, Green Globes supports a wide range of new construction and existing building project types. Green Globes uses the American National Standards Institute as the approved consensus development process. It originates from the green building rating system, BRIEM. Currently there are more than 4,000 Green Globes certified buildings in North America. Green Globes currently offers three types of assessment frameworks, new construction, sustainable interiors, and exiting buildings. Buildings eligible for certification include a wide range of commercial buildings, both large and small offices, retail stores, and institutional buildings, such as healthcare facilities, government buildings, schools, colleges, universities, and residential buildings.
