Elevating the culture of data analytics

- Well I want to know how Chris got here actually I mean that's what I'm interested in. Because were talking about trying to transform the industry. And you have such a unique role, you know, a lot of us have heard you speak, and you know, I've had a chance to be on stage with you. It's just amazing to listen to you go. And you've incorporated that and the thought leadership into your own role at Stiles. And Stiles has sort of made this, this all possible. Can you talk about kind of how that came about, and how you got that elevated culture there? - So, you know, I think one of the things was, I was, one, I was willing to ask for it. I wasn't afraid to go, hey guys I want to go and speak at all these things, and I want to try and, you know, talk in the industry is that going to be a problem?"
