- [Narrator] One of my greatest attributes, according to others which have worked with me, is my ability to keep calm and always seem happy to answer questions. It really needs to become a strength of yours as well. To keep this as a simple description, it's much easier to get people to open up to you about business decisions, their practices, and the things that both work for them, and they need help resolving, if you're always receptive to listening to them and their concerns. Even on bad days, try not to take your frustration out on the people you aid and support. They're your team members, and they need to be treated with respect. Additionally, if an individual keeps coming up with different concerns, I believe that you'll find that they're not being resistant or complaining for no reason, at least not to them.
