- [Instructor] After all the configuring we've been doing hopefully the question arises. Can we save the configuration? Sure. We can do that. Let's go in and make a custom connection. Under Models, let's go, New. For a template file, we will use Metric Structural Template. Click OK. On the Structure Tab, let's go to Beam. Try a little beam in here. Try a little beam in here. Go to 3D view. Two beam on our little T. Let's change our detail level to fine. Let's change our visual style to realistic. Let's grab a connection. So, let's click on the Connection Settings icon. And I'm going to grab a Clip Angle. Going to click Add. Going to click OK. Click the Connection button. Select the connection you want. It's got clip angle, hold down the control keys. Select these two beams. And hit Enter. Let it generate. Now, I want to make a custom connection. First thing I'm going to do is click Override By Instance.…
