Creating points within a drawing (COGO points)

- So far, we've really been focusing on creating survey points within the database, but as we started off working with points, we see we can easily create points within the drawing. So let's open a drawing here, our Cogo Points drawing 03 07, and we're going to create some points. We're going to, of course, go to our home tab, create Ground Data Panel, and again choose the 'Points', 'Points Creation Tools'. This is such a better way to work with it, because you also then can quickly change any of your settings, if you so desire as well. Maybe we want to change our default description. Let's go ahead, and what we're going to do is we're going to create some points. One of the nice tools here is we can automatically create points, and when we do that, it's simply going to find any location where the software, in this case, feels that a point may be appropriate.
