Create apartment A: Primitive

- [Instructor] I want to show how to create a model A apartment, the type A apartment unit is the one on the left and then I'm going to have a B that is mirrored and a C on the end. I can draw them either in this BXM file or I can draw them in another new sketch and then I can bring them in. But I want to go through the process of how you'd create them in place here and then how you could create them as groups so you can repeat the unit and pass change through the model very quickly. First thing I want to point out is that when we brought in this DWG file if you go to the option on the side that says levels. You can see that all of the levels inside the DWG file were created inside for me. What I had here was a reference file in AutoCAD which was attached to another file. So the type A south building architectural wall for example, if I uncheck that you'll see that what I'm doing is turning off the display of the line…
