- [Narrator] Often, real estate professionals want Matterport, as well as some sort of professional photography for MLS, websites, and media-sharing platforms. But in this video, I'm gonna provide some use-case examples of complimentary deliverables, and how Matterport can provide much more than just a 3D model. So this is an old restaurant that had been around in the Columbia River Gorge for quite some time, but it burned. And, so they were doing a feasibility study, the insurance folks, to know whether or not this was recoverable and worth repairing and so forth. So they needed to know some property issues. They wanted to know, kind of, the expanse of the property, how the house sat on the property, and then also what are the measurements of the space, and so forth. So we did this Matterport model of it. And if we just go ahead and jump down here, we can see we have some Mattertags that we've linked to other websites.
