- [Instructor] At this point in the course, we've gone through a number of the components of what Agile change management in a new product development environment actually is. So, let's take a look at a hypothetical case study, where we combine many of these elements together and go through a new product development example in a greatly simplified form describing the setup of the environment and how the intellectual property is moved around. This is an internal or innovation-driven change, which essentially means we, as the manufacturer, want to design a new sensor or a new product because we believe we have an idea for improving the design. So, let's take a look at how that would be set up. We discussed earlier about containers and data management systems that hold the information. I'm going to begin with what I would call an innovation container.
