- [Instructor] With our base render elements composited, probably the next thing that we will want to do is make a few tweaks to them, in order to show that the compositing approach can do exactly what we have said, which is bring creative flexibility and speed to the image production process. And so, let's suppose that our client or supervisor has asked for a bit more contrast or separation in the direct and GI light elements. In other words, a little less on the GI levels and a little more on the direct light. Now, we could just add a curve to our level's adjustment to the entire image to add contrast if we wanted, but that would, of course, affect every aspect of the image, not just the diffuse lighting. And so, inside the Diffuse Lighting folder, let's select the direct lighting pass and then add an exposure adjustment layer in just above it.
