Join Gerry O'Brien for an in-depth discussion in this video Using the exercise files, part of Learning C# (2014).
If you are a member of lynda.com you can download some exercise files for this course. All of the exercise files are placed in a single folder for this course, and in this case I have them copied into a folder on my desktop called Exercise Files. Not all lessons have exercise files but those that do have the files named according to the exercise that you will be focusing on. Each file has starter code that you can use to get started with the exercise itself. Following along with the lessons, you can type in the code as I type it in to gain an understanding of what it is that we're doing with that particular lesson.
