Join Troy Miles for an in-depth discussion in this video Solution: Create a new webpage, part of Web Servers and APIs using C++.
(chiming music)…- [Instructor] How did you do with this challenge?…Hopefully, you successfully completed it.…Either way, here's my solution.…I copied the index.html, deleted the script tag,…copied the style.css, added the new route,…and rebuilt the app.…Let me show you how I did it.…Let's go back to Atom.…First thing I did was I copied the index.html…and named the copy about.html.…
From with inside here, take the about.html.…I changed the title tag to About Page…and changed the h1 tag to About,…delete the scripts.js,…rename styles.css to about.css,…and let's go ahead and just get rid of this image.…We don't really need it here.…Save.…
Then for the styles.css, make a copy of it.…Name the copy about.css.…For the about.css, I'm gonna change the color to cornsilk.…Then we're gonna go back to main.cpp.…Gonna copy the root route.…
And this is gonna be About.…And then we're gonna ask for the About Page.…Let's see, let's go over everything again.…I created a new route,…created an about.html, created an about.css,…inside of about.html, we're using about.css.…
