- Relationships are important because people are the biggest differentiating factor in our company and I think in most companies. And I think it's the relationship between the people as well as the relationship with your client and the relationship with your partners. And part of that is interdependence, so it's really living the we instead of the I. And knowing that you don't know everything and counting on the people around you and counting on your sales partners to educate you. Because they know a lot of things that you don't know, right? And counting on that partnership with your client because often, rightly so, your client knows more about their business than you do. You know, hopefully, more about marketing and advertising than they do. So it's the partnership.
