- When you're in a technology company like Facebook, you are faced with an incredibly rapid pace of change. And we like to say we're constantly in service of the customer. What are people doing around the world with respect to communication? And people are moving faster than virtually any company are moving these days. We've had a number of times over the course of even just my seven years at Facebook where consumers were moving faster than even we were, and we had to catch up. It does cause for a very fluid priority and prioritization and product roadmapping strategy. We do roadmapping, you know, significant roadmapping twice a year, sort of we break it up into halves, H1 and H2. But we are constantly checking those roadmaps against what the current priorities are and what signals we are getting. We also put products into market to get very rapid feedback. So we may launch a product, for example in New Zealand, and within 24 hours we'll get data points back about how people are…
