Be true to your values
- It takes courage to act in ways that are consistent with our values across the various roles we play in our lives. The values we try to enact at work, at home, in the community and in our private selves might be compatible and mutually reinforcing, or they might be incompatible and antagonistic. This is not a matter of how you allocate your attention of where your mind is at any given moment. Instead, it's about your heart, whether you are striving to act in a way that's consistent with your values wherever you go. Are you being the person you want to be no matter where you are in life? We'll use the Four Circles tool to gain a deeper understanding of what's important in the different roles you play and where there are gaps you might try to close to create greater harmony.
