The team finishes sprints early

- Sometimes, your team will complete their Sprint Goal early. This is a good thing. It means they're working well together and they're delivering value to the organization. I once had a team, for example, with a Spring Goal to complete work on some backend services. They finished this work a few days left in the Sprint. But when they finished early, what did the team do to keep that momentum going? Well, the easiest answer is to pull in another story. For my team, that's what they decided to do. Really, it's up to the development team how to handle this time though. After all, they made the commitment and kept it. The Sprint is complete from the delivery perspective. But the Sprint isn't complete from the time-box perspective. Since this is the case, the team still needs to focus on doing valuable work that will serve their product.
