- Congratulations on completing this course. We've looked at a number of different PMO challenges, some of which are likely impacting your organization right now. But these challenges don't exist in isolation and they can't be managed as if they do. So what's your next step? You need to develop a strategy for managing all the challenges you're facing today, including any we didn't cover in this course. For each challenge, make sure your strategy includes: an analysis of the problem and its root cause, an assessment of the impact it's having, a determination of how to correct the situation, and a plan to prevent it from recurring. Prioritize your challenges to address the ones that have the biggest impact first and then validate that your actions have improved things.
