- Real time feedback is all the rage. Super trendy, super popular. There are apps popping up every day that will help you give feedback or a thumbs-up to your colleague in the moment. But on the spot feedback is actually not that helpful. How good are you at giving someone thoughtful, constructive, meaningful feedback on-the-spot, in the moment when they ask? When I'm in front of a live audience and I'm talking about feedback, and I ask the audience a question, how good are you at giving thoughtful, actionable, meaningful feedback on-the-spot?
