All right. So you can add to your purpose and take some deep reflection and then maybe a little bit of time to arrive but it's inside. And so you land at hey well it's really meaningful to you and what really upsets you. And so you're there and then I'm hearing you want to get to that place connect to that sort of state of residents like ooh yeah I'm jazzed about my purpose. And so you want to get there just before a listening session. - Correct. And the thing is this is practice. So if you want to get there before a conversation where you know you're going to want to show up and listen. Right? Whether it's a one-on-one, you have an employee, a conversation you're going to sit down and have with your partner, anything where you know. Right? Cause there's plenty of other situations where you're listening but you're not prepared for it. You're not thinking about it. And what we're not trying to do here is…
