- Alice has two remote team members, both are equally good at their jobs and Alice has an equally high regard for their work. Recently, she got feedback from each of them with interesting results. One, said, "Alice is a micromanager and she's always up in my work." The other said, "I wish Alice would check in a little more frequently, I don't feel like she knows what I'm doing or cares about what I'm doing."
