A peaceful morning commute

- I want to acknowledge that people commute in all kinds of ways. Some people walk, some people bike, train, drive, carpool. I think most of these tips and tricks kind of apply to all of them, but I think the first thing to remember, for me, is that I want to set the intention that my commute supports me in arriving grounded and calm, as opposed to haggard and stressed out. And for myself, I noticed that were things that I could do that helped me arrive grounded and calm, or I could contribute to feeling stressed out before I even walked in the door. And when I walk in the door stressed out, the day kind of, can get away from you really quickly, and I don't feel like I'm taking care of myself or the people that I serve when I'm already stressed when I walk in the door. So for me, that's really focused in on several things to do with my commute. One is what I'm listening to. If I'm listening to radio news, I can be pretty upset about what's happening in the world by the time I arrive…
