- [Main Male Speaker] So many times we look at situations, in our jobs and in our careers, and we get lost in our thinking and everything looks impossible, it looks tough. Sarah in accounting won't listen to me, you know it looks impossible. But Tim Fair says "What would it look like if it were easy?" so I was speaking to someone in an incredibly difficult situation. His name is Murray Willcox's and he is an extreme surfer. This guy he lives in Cape Town South Africa, and he goes off the coast of Africa searching for waves that are 15-25 feet high. Now I know, I'm not a surfer myself but I know from what I've read that even a 10 foot wave can weigh as much as 400 tons. So a 10 foot wave can kill you. So Murray, my friend Murray he's on top of a 15-20-25 foot wave, and I ask him "Murray when you're at the top of that wave its literally a matter of life and death, what is going through your mind?" Cause I want to know…
