- And my daughter has taught me that the next generation of women are going to kill it. Because when you hear talks about the millennials or this or that, it's, I mean, we employ a lot a lot of women and men, kids, from 20 years to 30 years old, a lot. And what they say is not true. These people are smart, they're passionate, they're willing to work hard, they care, they do a much better job than I ever did of integrating their personal life and their personal passions with their work life. And my daughter, what I see that she's capable of and the passion that she has and her willingness to just try all sorts of new things, and her hunger to share herself and what she has with the world is really impressive.
