- And something that I feel like has been kind of a gift and a blessing with our company headquartered in Chicago is that there's a feeling and a spirit in this community where people are in it for the long term. So there's less moving around, and what that creates is this kind of symbiotic thing between the sales community and the marketing community in town where people don't just give lip service. They actually really help each other where clients are in it with you through the thick and the thin. And it's those long-term relationships where you really can learn and grow and be your best. So I think that's a little special extra about the Chicago marketplace. There's definitely a power of the pack in Chicago, but I don't think it's a female or male thing. I think it's the people that you count on, that you work with, that you're in the trenches with that form that kind of fraternity/sorority. I think it's mixed.
