- When you search for marketing partners in New York City, Google helpfully provides 30 million search results. Now, I'm pretty sure that there's not more marketing providers than people in New York City, but when it comes to choosing partners to work with the choices can be overwhelming. In this video, I'm going to map the landscape of marketing providers so you can at least refine the areas that you need to focus on as well as a few tricks with how to determine whether they're right for you. First, it's important to establish that as the marketing landscape has become more fragmented, so has the landscape of providers that support it. In the advertising world, it used to be there were big agencies that could do everything for you at a premium, mid-sized agencies that specialized in certain disciplines and smaller agencies that were more scrappy and at a price point suitable to smaller businesses.
