The impact a CNA has on patients and families

- CNAs are not only important to the treatment team, but they're important to the entire healthcare system because again, CNAs are the ones with hands-on interaction with the patient or the resident. - It's important that CNAs develop relationships with patients because they serve as the voice of patients oftentimes. - The impact to the family is pretty amazing, actually.
