A few tips for after the interview
- There's a lady I know who has done a lot of interviewing. She's runs a recruitment firm and she's really sharp and she said she has a little trick she uses which is she says, "Right, thank you very much. "That's the end of the interview. "Oh, by the way, when you were talking "about that company, was that really true?" And so my advice to you is don't be off guard as you're leaving he interview. You know, perhaps as you, as she escorts you out of the building she says, "It was really great "to meet you and I thought that was amazing "when you said" x and there is a risk you're going to go, "Yeah, I know it was a nightmare "working there" and you might give something away. So the interview doesn't end until you're actually in your car and driving away. Don't be off guard at the end of the interview. So that's something to think about.
