The evolution of the C-suite

- The word evolution can really be boiled down to one simple concept, (chuckles) that things are changing. Regardless of whether you are an executive in a large, complex organization or a smaller company, in the end, you still have the same obligations of building a sustainable company that maximizes performance through the power of people, processes, and products. The C-suite is evolving because the dynamics of organizations are changing to compete in a really increasingly complex global market, digital innovation, evolving business models, and the uniqueness of the next generation of workers. In 2018, Deloitte Insights published a paper titled "The Symphonic C-Suite: Teams Leading Teams."
