The evaluator boss
- Everybody likes to get things right, but nobody needs it to be right more than the evaluator boss. Evaluators thrive on producing high quality, accurate work at all times, no matter how long it takes. Often slow and methodical, evaluators value getting things right the first time. Let's look at a couple of key characteristics of the evaluator boss. First of all, they are task oriented. For the evaluator, it's all about the work. Secondly, they're going to move at a very moderate, perhaps even slow pace. Evaluators value quality over speed. Evaluators are what we call the efficient perfectionist. If something's worth doing, it's worth doing right. They care about the details, so they're going to ask you a lot of questions. They're going to want all the context.
