- Advancer bosses are all about taking care of business. Advancers want to get things done. They want to accomplish goals. They want to succeed quickly, effectively, and successfully. So here's the thing about advancer bosses. They're going to be really fast paced and task oriented, which means they're going to want to move fast, act fast, and they're going to want you to keep up with them. Two, they're going to be really focused on task, which means they're not going to spend a lot of time being warm and fuzzy or getting to know you, especially in meetings.
