Your posture says a lot about you

- Our posture is important whether we're sitting during a sales presentation or standing in front of a group. Good posture conveys a sense of optimism and dignity. Good posture also demonstrates that we're interested in the subject and in the people that we're speaking with. We can observe this in our own lives. If you are speaking to someone, and they're slouched down in a chair with their arms crossed, do you really think they're giving much attention to what you're saying? When you observe someone who's shoulders are slumped forward and has their head hanging down, what are you thinking? Someone's having a bad day.
