- If you're like most people, you've experienced times where you're so tired at night that you can't get your brain to slow down and actually let you rest so you're tired and wired at the same time. Creating better patterns during the day will help you to have the energy you need to perform at high levels and be able to actually turn it off when you need to rest and recharge. A great way to navigate these new rhythms is to follow what I call a High 5. These are the five times during the day when it's most important for you to recharge your brain and body for peak performance.
