- HR managers face some real challenges. Many that I've spoken to and coached feel overwhelmed and undervalued. Getting a seat at the executive table has been an ongoing challenge, and maybe for you as well. Straddled with endless administrative and compliance concerns, many HR executives are looking to break past these obligations and grow their career to be more strategic in nature, to a place where they can add more value to the bottom line and get paid for it. Welcome. My name is Don Phin, and I'm an attorney, consultant, and coach. I'd like to help you break past traditional HR and become an HR hero. This will be one of the most honest and challenging programs you'll experience when it comes to rocking the HR role. Bottom line is I'll be pulling no punches because I'm here to help you.
