- Here's an uncomfortable truth. You are not completely in control of every aspect of reaching your goal 100% of the time. Imagine you've set yourself the ambitious target of enhancing performance by 10%. Now, that could be increasing sales by 10%, increasing customer engagement by 10%, or decreasing cost by 10%. The list here is endless and will completely depend on your role.
