Yoga flow for shoulder and hip release
(upbeat music) - We're going to do shoulder and hip release flow. Let's begin. (exhales) Just close your eyes. Find your breath. Take an inhale right up into your heart space. (inhales) And as you exhale feel your breath drop down into your low belly and hips. (exhales) And on your next inhale, just start to draw your belly forward. Heart draws forward, hands slide back towards your hips. Exhale round (exhales). One more. Heart draws forward, hands slide back. Exhale round (exhales). And as you inhale come back to the center, spine tall, close your eyes and just start to do some very small circles around the base of your spine. You'll feel your low back start to open up. Spine tall. There's a string pulling you up to the sky. You can make the circles as wide as your seat allows within the space that you have, keeping your eyes closed and really dropping down into your hips and switching go the other…
