The single most important element of any job search is the resume. It tells your story, it's the foundation of your LinkedIn profile, the basis of your elevator pitch, and the source for answers to key interview questions, you have to get it right. But how do you, who took a career break get it right when your most recent few or many years were spent out of the workplace, you need to meaningfully account for that time.
