- Hi, I'm Baxter, and we're going to do something today I call Wrist Flossing 2. Let's get out of our chair and get right into it. So for Wrist Flossing 2 we're going to interlace our fingers, in front of our chest, we want to get the forearms aligned side-to-side, so you create a nice even line. So as you look down at your arms, they should be nice and even with one another. You're going to squeeze and pull the elbows away from one another, so you get some tension, through the wrists. And then we're going to turn your hands so they face away from you. And you got to watch out here because for a lot of people that will actually hike the shoulders up, so you want to keep your shoulders relaxed. Every once in a while, check your elbows, make sure you got that good line, and then keep the squeeze, and you're going to draw your right wrist and bend it right in towards your chest, and you're going to push your left wrist away from…
