- Hi, I'm Baxter, … and we're going to do what I call Wrist Flossing One today. … So I'm going to invite you to get out of your chair … and stand up. … And this little wrist flossing thing involves … interlacing your fingers and squeezing your fingers, … and then pulling your elbows out to the side, … so you create a nice long line … from one elbow to the other elbow. … So, watch out that the hands aren't too far forward, … too far in, … but as you look down at your arms … you just kind of see that alignment. … And then you want to squeeze the fingers … and pull outward toward the elbows, … and then as you are ready to get into … the actual flossing part of this, … we're going to bend the right wrist up toward the ceiling … a little bit, you know, so I'm not hiking my shoulder up, … I'm just letting the wrist go up a little bit, … and then drop the other wrist down a little bit, … so you can see that I've created an angle … from wrist to wrist, … and I'm squeezing my fingers, … and I'm pulling a little bit. …
