- So we're on to our staffing worksheet now, and this is where we're going to calculate all of our employee costs and all of our contracting costs as well. It's a really cool spreadsheet, actually. So I'm going to start with employees, and we'll start working down and see how many employees do I need in my business model over the next three years? So I'm actually looking at all the employees that I need over the term of my financial statements. So, how long am I doing my financial statements, for three years? So I want to project out all of the staff in this model as well. So I do this all within this one region right here under employees. The first thing I want to know was what position they're in. Second thing, I want to know their name if I actually can identify their name. If not, I just type in open. It's a pretty industry standard practice. And then the classification.
