- [Instructor] All right, so in our flooring section, this is where we're going to take into consideration, all the flooring throughout the whole house whether it's tile, whether it's wood, whether it's going to be vinyl or carpet and if you notice on the repair estimate sheet, I've got it broken down for hardwood section and different EIT line items pertaining to whether it's refinishing or installing new hardwood floors. We've got it in the carpet and vinyl section if we're going to be putting carpet down throughout the area or vinyl and then same thing with tiling, we've got whether it's tile on the floor, tile on the backsplash or, or shower walls and there's different line items for each piece so that we can be very accurate on our flooring costs and our backsplash costs and tiling of our bathrooms as we need to just do individual pieces.
