- [Presenter] Buyer request for repair costs compared to contractor. BRR stands for buyer request for repair costs. When you sell a house there's always going to be 99% of the time they're going to get a home inspection. The buyer gets a home inspection, and the home inspection is for them to determine and understand the workings of their house, although it's now turned into something that they use to ask for a request for repairs. Now, my position on that is if it's something that we missed or a safety item, we're going to take care of it. If it's other than that it's going to get negotiated, And if I don't feel it's warranted, if it's a cosmetic thing, then we don't do it. I mean, we've done it before, but I handle that objection up front when we're at the home inspection, because we do go to the home inspection, it's part of the sales process for us.
