Working in component teams

- When you work on a small software project, everything seems to make sense. You'll have a small team and everyone works together to deliver the product. When you're working on enterprise level products, then your world becomes much more complex. That's why large organizations have specialists, working in many different functional areas. These functional areas are like vertical stacks, that run through your organization, like a dev stack, a QA stack, and a project management stack. Each stack hands-off work to the next group in a different functional area. That's why the less framework rewires your organization, to work without these functional areas.
