Work your priorities by theme needed

- When I started to theme my days, I needed to have a way to look at my to-do list to see what tasks were best suited for each daily theme. I also needed to be able to quickly see what tasks I could slot into any horizontal themes I had created. That's when I added theme-based modes to the mix. Here are three examples of theme-based modes and how you can use them to prioritize. Number one, family mode. Saturday is my family day. By labeling all of the tasks related to anything to do with my family with this mode, I'm able to make better choices about what to do during the week, and what to save for any Saturdays in my future. Number two, optimization mode. I want to optimize my business flow and aspects of my personal life, so I set aside Monday as the day where I'll give that my overarching focus. Any tasks I believe will bring me further along in this desire are tagged with optimization mode, and I immediately know…
