Work your priorities by resource needed

- Sometimes you can only work on something based on who you need to talk to, what item you need to complete the task, and where you need to be to do it. If you want to be able to make that decision quickly, then I suggest working your priorities based on the resources you have on hand. If you want to know what you need to have at your disposal, or where you need to be, or who you need to talk to about something to complete a task, then resource-based modes are going to be very helpful. These resources are going to be apparent and since you can group tasks under common resources needed, you can make massive progress in less time. Here are three examples of resource-based modes, one person, one place, and one thing that you can use to help you prioritize. Number one, assistant mode.
