Work your priorities by energy level

- Your energy levels play a much bigger role in your task and time management than you give them credit for. So it's time to start taking that into account when you want to make progress on what you prioritize. By using modes that identify what level of energy you need to tackle a task, you're setting yourself up for better results on all of the items on your to-do list, especially your priorities. Here are three examples of energy based modes that you can use to prioritize the tasks you need and want to do. Number one, high energy mode. Anything that you want to prioritize that will take a lot of your energy should be categorized with this mode. Now, you could use alternate wording for this, like full focus mode or prime time mode, just choose something that's going to tell you that you need to be at your best to get the work done right.
